♦产品结构

一、控制仪表部：control instrument department:

简单触摸屏操作输入，整机采用plc电脑编程控制器、数字操作、触摸屏输入数据，可实现不停机改变数据，生产速度等，整机自动供纸、自动折叠、自动计数、自动堆码输出，粘箱速度150张/分钟，Zui高速度220张/分钟。

二、供纸部：the paper department

1.选用优质钢材制作的纸板高度调整结构，快速调整各种不同规格尺寸的箱高和纸板的长度。

2.供纸部吸风皮带选用高科技材料制作，拉力层无缝对接环形带，保障机械在使用中无后顾之忧。

3.供纸部吸风电机、主转动电机均选用来自台湾的高品质、高稳定性能电机。

4.选用高档电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单张或连续操作，有效节制规格调整中纸板的浪费及输出纸板的精准度。

三、涂胶折叠部：gelatinize folding department:

1.电机选用进口欧特品牌，性能稳定、调速便捷、无噪音污染。

2.折叠部选用进口高摩擦、超耐磨特殊材料制作的无缝对接环形输送皮带，精准无误地完成纸板的自动折叠。

3.涂胶部选用优质不锈钢涂胶轮，涂胶均匀、省胶高效。

4.折叠部配备双道压痕矫正装置，精准有效地矫正纸板坑线的偏差，使整个纸箱完成Zui精准的折叠。

四、校正堆码输出部: correction piling output department:

自动校正、堆码输出部设有自动计数、堆积整齐、堆码输出，可根据客户需求设置成品箱的多少输出，并自动强制校正剪刀差等不规范纸箱的成型。
